What happens after the free trial ends?

If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you'll be charged the plan price. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost through your iPhone's Settings > Subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep access until the trial period ends, then revert to the Free tier.

Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?

Yes. You can switch plans at any time through your iPhone's Settings > Subscriptions. If you switch from monthly to annual, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll get the annual savings going forward.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you revert to the Free tier. You keep all your recordings, transcripts, and existing AI summaries — you just won't be able to generate new AI summaries beyond the free limit.

Do I keep my notes if I cancel or downgrade?

Absolutely. All your recordings, transcripts, summaries, action items, and tags are yours to keep. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade. You just lose access to premium features for new notes.

What's your refund policy?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page within 14 days of a charge. We also honor the 7-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you're never charged.

Why is transcription free but summaries are paid?

Transcription runs entirely on your device using Apple's built-in speech recognition — it costs us nothing. AI summaries use GPT-4o Mini on our servers, which has a per-request cost. The subscription covers that cloud processing cost.
